About this project.
A complete architectural transformation of this coastal property, including relocating the home 6 metres closer to the ocean to maximise views and site potential. The project involved new foundations and piling, extensive structural steel installation, and a full rebuild of the front elevation to align with a modern architectural design.
Internally, the home was fully reconfigured with a new kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, along with a full rewire and plumbing upgrade.
Externally, a refined mix of aluminium cladding and Japanese cedar was paired with expansive glazing to capture light and views.
A highly complex project delivered with precision, resulting in a striking, modern coastal home.
